where can i get plastering/bricklaying learning on the job experience/advice ?
you can’t unless you join a union. all this stuff is a secret, you know, so people can charge up the wazoo for it. you also have to know somebody to get into a union!

Well, plastering is a dying job, as drywall is taking that away.
you can’t become a bricklayer until you join a union, and to do that you need to know people.
Then if you are an apprentice, there are soo many bricklayers out there (highly paid job) that you won’t work 50 weeks a year for quite a long time. They might hire you as a laborer, though.
good luck
