People aren't born knowing how to do anything. All companies know this and so they have apprenticeship or "learning" programs. You get paid less until you learn your trade. Hint: After you get good at whatever it is, you can greatly increase how fast you get raises in pay by company jumping every year or so until you reach what you should be getting.<br><b>References : </b><br>Business owner.
